In 1995, (the sino-American Joint Venture) Meilida Pigment industry Co., Ltd. was established. In November Of 1997, our company began to carry out share-holding system transform. As a result, HeBei Meilida Joint-Stock Company was established. Our company is the first company which got the approval of ISO 9001 in domestic organic pigment in January of 1999. Our company was certified as the advanced enterprise in environmental protection of HeBei Province in 2000. The solvent method workshop CuPc (no PCB) with the capacity is 2000T/year put into production in June, 2001. In December of 2001 (Sino-Hong Kong Joint Venture) Hengshui Berit Chemical Industry Co., Ltd was established. In June of 2002, our company bought Hebei Shuguang Paint Factory. In 2003, our company began to enlarge the production seales of phthalocyanine products bassed on HeBei Shuguang Paint Factory. the solvent method workshop CuPc (no PCB) with the capacity is 6000T/year put into production. Our company was certified as one of the 100 advanced enterprise in environmental protection of HeBei province. Our company was certified as one of the 100 advanced nongovernmental business enterprise in HeBei Province in 2003. Our company passed the certification of HeBei Cleanliness Produce in Dec. 2004. Our company has gained the certification of ISO14001 in May, 2005. Among the organic pigment industry in China, we rank the fourth with the product and sale. The increasement level is the first in continuous two years. In 2005, our company was certified one of the 50 advanced in chemical plant of HEBEI. We applied patent for environmental protection product P.B15.6 which used for LCD and P.B.79 in 2006. Our company was chosen as the advance enterprise in science and technology innovation by HeBei Science and Technology Bureau. P.B15.6 used for LCD was awarded the advanced products in science and technology by HeBei Science and Technology Bureau. Our company put the new environment protection production line in Dec. 2006.
