In 1997, we began to carry out share-holding system transform, and the HeBei Meilida co.,ltd was established. In 1999, we are the first company which got the approval of  ISO 9001 in domestic organic pigment. Our company was chosen as the advanced enterprise in environmental protection of HeBei Province in 2000. The solvent method CuPc (no PCB) workshop which the capacity is 2000T/year put into production in 2001. In 2001 (Sino-Hong Kong Joint venture)  Hengshui Berit chemical industry co.,ltd was established. In 2002, Our company bought the usufruct of Hebei shuguang paints factory. In 2003, our company began to enlarge the production scales of phthalocyanine blue based on Hebei shuguang paint factory. The solvent method CuPc(no PCB） workshop which the capacity is 6000T/year put into production . Our company has gained the  certification of  ISO14001 in 2005. During the organic pigment industry in china,the place of our company is the  fourth in production and  sale in 2005 and the increase of range is the first in continuous two years. So our company was chosen one of the 50 advanced chemical plants of Hebei province P. B 15:6 used for LCD got the Innovation Fund of China in 2007. Environment protect type, new technics production line was success built in 2008. Phthalocyanine blue 15:6 used in LCD was choosed as the Chinese emphases new products in 2008. Environmental protection type, new technology phthalocyanine blue got the Innovation Fund of China in May,2009. The new technical  workshop which no waste water and the capacity is 2400T/year putted into production in Sep,2009. The first phase of  the resin SA-81 produce line which the capacity is 5000mt per year was putted into production in April,2010.
